Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing the website, registering for an account, purchasing training courses, or attending events hosted or "Powered by Kaimera Learning," you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our services immediately.

Registration and Membership
a. To access our workshops, online sessions, or training courses, users must register and create an account.
b. Members must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
c. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

d. Fee paid for Training Sessions, Courses, Events etc, are non-refundable.

Events and Delegate Participation

a. This applies to all events organized directly by Kaimera Learning or those branded as "Powered by Kaimera Learning "

b. All delegate fees, registration costs, and participation charges are strictly non-refundable.

​

c. In the event that Kaimera Learning postpones an event or changes the dates for any reason (including but not limited to technical issues, speaker availability, or Force Majeure), the fees paid remain non-refundable. Your registration will be valid for the rescheduled date.

d. A refund will only be issued if Kaimera Learning cancels an event entirely without providing a rescheduled date or an alternative digital session.

Workshops and Online Sessions
a. Our workshops and online sessions are educational in nature, providing information and guidance.
b. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule workshops or sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Notification will be provided in such cases.

Intellectual Property

a. All materials, including videos, PDFs, graphics, and proprietary methodologies, are the intellectual property of Kaimera Learning.

b. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view materials for personal educational use only. You may not record, screen-capture, or redistribute content.

Training Courses
a. Our training courses are offered for a specified duration and content as described on our platform.
b. Payment for training courses is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the refund policy.

 

Intellectual Property
a. All content, materials, and resources provided during workshops, online sessions, or training courses are the intellectual property of the educational society.
b. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

Code of Conduct
a. Users are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and other participants during workshops, sessions, and courses.
b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

Limitation of Liability
a. Kaimera Learning shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our workshops, sessions, or courses.
b. Users acknowledge that participation in any Kaimera's Events, Programmes, Courses carries inherent risks and take full responsibility for their actions.

Termination of Access
a. The educational society reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
b. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by following the specified procedures on the platform.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms
The educational society reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
