To prevent fraudulent claims and "cheating," all refund requests are subject to a mandatory Internal Quality Check:
Unboxing Requirement: For physical goods, customers are highly encouraged to record a continuous unboxing video as proof of the condition upon arrival.
Usage Verification: For digital tools or memberships, we reserve the right to verify if the service was extensively used or if the "damage" reported is a technical error that can be resolved via support rather than a refund.
The "Double-Check" Rule: No refund will be issued until our team has verified the reported defect or error against our shipping/access logs.
