1. General Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "Change of Mind," "Change of Mood," or a change in personal circumstances once the purchase has been completed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product details and confirmed it meets your requirements.

2. Eligibility for Refund (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

A refund will only be initiated under the following specific conditions:

• Damaged Goods: The product arrived in a physically damaged or non-functional state.

• Incorrect Product: The product delivered does not match the item listed on your order confirmation.

3. Verification & Quality Check (QC)

To prevent fraudulent claims and "cheating," all refund requests are subject to a mandatory Internal Quality Check:

• Unboxing Requirement: For physical goods, customers are highly encouraged to record a continuous unboxing video as proof of the condition upon arrival.

• Usage Verification: For digital tools or memberships, we reserve the right to verify if the service was extensively used or if the "damage" reported is a technical error that can be resolved via support rather than a refund.

• The "Double-Check" Rule: No refund will be issued until our team has verified the reported defect or error against our shipping/access logs.

4. Refund Timeline

Once a claim is approved following our Quality Check, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 24 to 48 hours.

5. Non-Circumvention & Anti-Fraud Clauses

To ensure a secure environment for our community, the following clauses apply:

• False Claims: Any customer found to be intentionally damaging a product to trigger a refund or providing falsified evidence will have their account permanently banned from Kaimera Learning and its affiliates.

• No Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a bank chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve a legitimate QC issue is considered a breach of our Terms of Service.

• Digital Content Integrity: For digital resources, if a refund is issued, all access to the material, including any associated community tiers or AI tools, will be immediately revoked.
